Mid-century Modern Kitchen
This is a bespoke kitchen design, fabrication and installation for a family home. Douglas fir and birch plywood are combined here with taupe Formica to create a mid-century look.
Alcoves and Fireplace
The spaces to the sides of a typical chimney breast provide a great opportunity for built-in storage. Rarely are they straight or symmetrical so here we brought the face forward, recessing two bespoke oak units, each with bookshelves, a mirror and integrated lighting.
Shou Sugi Ban Walk-in Wardrobe
Shou Sugi Ban is an ancient process employed by the Japanese (and before them the Aztecs) as a way to naturally preserve wood, making it resistant to fire, insects and damp.
The Folding Room: Sleep/Work/Live
This project was developed with a couple who wanted to use their home to realise some additional income and pursue their dreams of travel.
Retail Interior
"...Barnaby Reynolds Design transformed our retail space, making it light, contemporary and exciting. From the initial design concept through to the completion of our refit Barnaby displayed great technical skill and tireless attention to detail.
Contemporary Kitchen
Part of a complete renovation of a private residence in Belgravia, this monochrome kitchen was made from high gloss lacquer, topped with a bespoke Corian® worktop with integrated sink and induction hob.
Fireplace with concealed bookshelves.
In this large period conversion the chimney breast and fireplace had been removed leaving the room without a focal point. We rectified this by installing a cornice, picture rail, chimney breast and mantle.
Window Seat + Storage
